Senior Living Commercial HVAC Systems Project

Westminster Woods on Julington Creek is an assisted living facility for senior citizens. As part of their wellness lifestyle, Westminster needed to keep its facility both comfortable and well-ventilated for its residents’ overall well-being.

Nelson & Company worked with the general contractor and mechanical contractor to design a commercial HVAC system that would not only meet the needs of the client and residents but provide longevity in its intelligent design. Included in the design was a DOAS system to overcome moisture challenges and adhere to ventilation code requirements,  a commercial ventilation system, heat pump technology, and ductless air conditioning systems.
