YOUR PARTNER FOR Commercial HVAC Equipment
nelson & company core values
These five values guide every decision we make at Nelson & Company from how we serve our customers to how we show up for one another.
Why the Wolverine?
Wolverines may be small, but they’re built for endurance. They travel miles through snow and over mountain peaks, thriving where conditions are toughest. They’re quiet but fierce, steady but bold, and always willing to go the extra mile to reach their goal.
As a private business competing with many publicly traded companies, we’ve come to adopt the wolverine as our company mascot. Like the wolverine, we stay humble, face challenges head-on, and never stop pushing forward, no matter the terrain. These qualities shape who we are and how we live out our core values every day.
