Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering – University of Florida Worked in nuclear power and automotive industries; started Nelson & Company in 2006. Hobbies: Any time she gets to spend laughing with her family and her dog. She loves boating, fishing, kayaking, hiking, forcing her family to play board games, and riding around on a tractor.
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering – University of Florida Has worked in sales for HVAC manufacturers, with a manufacturer’s representative and started Nelson & Company in 2006. Married since 1993 and has three wonderful daughters. Hobbies: Like to spend time with the family, hunting and fishing.

Joined Nelson & Company in 2014 with 13 years of industry experience. I’m a central FL native who left and came back home to stay.
Hobbies: Hanging out with my wife and sons and catching the occasional fish.
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering – University of Central Florida Joined Nelson & Company in 2015. Born and raised in the Florida Keys. Hobbies: Fishing, boating, golfing, and watching football.
Graduated from the Florida Builders Association in 2012. Providing excellent HVAC service since 2008. Joined Nelson & Company in 2019. Hobbies: Loves fixing literally anything, when he is not off having adventures with his beautiful wife Kindal, and their amazing son and daughter.
30 years in the commercial HCAV industry in various areas of the country. Joined Nelson & Company in 2021. Hobbies: Nick is married to his wonderful wife Dawn and they have amazing two sons, Austin and Benjamin. In his spare time, he loves to spend time with his family. They enjoy watching movies, playing board games, taking walks, and golfing.
Mechanical contracting and engineered equipment sales since 2003. Joined Nelson & Company in 2019. Hobbies: Outdoor activities, billiards.
Came from the general contractor (commercial) side where serving as project manager as well as handling preconstruction department/estimating for projects ranging from $50K to $49M. Received Building Construction & Technology degree from Pensacola State College. Also continuing to receive Consruction Management degree from University of West Florida. Joined Nelson & Company in July 2024 Hobbies: Paul enjoys DIY projects, being outdoors/on the water, and playing ball with my kids.
Greg received his degree from Florida Atlantic University and has over 20 years of experience in people and business management for retail and nonprofit industries. Joined Nelson & Company in 2020 Hobbies: Loving and learning about Jesus. Adventuring with my wife and 2 kids. Fitness enthusiast, backpacking, rafting, surfing, fishing, and hunting. Also a music lover!
Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management – University of North Florida Joined Nelson & Company in 2019. Hobbies: Enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his son who is the center of his life.
Bachelor of Science Environmental Studies– Florida State University Joined Nelson & Company in 2021. Hobbies: Seth currently holds a private pilot’s license and enjoys flying, surfing, paddleboarding, snorkeling, and spending time at the beach.

Hobbies: I enjoy traveling with my wife while learning about and immersing ourselves in other cultures. When at home, we enjoy spending time with friends and family as much as possible. Also, I like to run, play basketball, and brew.

Worked as a bookkeeper for over 30 years in many different industries. Joined Nelson & Company in 2007. Hobbies: Quilting, reading, walking, and playing and cuddling with grandchildren.
Served in the HVAC Industry since graduating from Santa Fe HVAC Program in 2013. Joined Nelson & Company in 2022. Hobbies: Loves fishing with his wife and their two sons.
Graduated from Local 234 Plumbers, Pipefitter's & HVAC Technicians Apprenticeship Program in 1997. Worked in the Mechanical HVAC commercial and Industrial industry since 1993 Joined Nelson & Company in 2022. Hobbies: Loving & Praising Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior, Loving & serving my Wife, Children, Grandchildren & friends. Serving on our Praise & Worship Team and leader of our Men’s Life Group at Souls Harbor Church of God in Glen St. Mary, FL.

Casey brings to the company 15 years of administrative and accounting roles. Started with Nelson & Company in August 2023 Hobbies: When not working, Casey enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking care of and enjoying time with her many fur babies. She loves music, walking, hiking, and exploring state parks. Her favorite thing to do is shelling on the beaches with her husband Marc.
Sade' has honed her expertise in customer service and automotive parts sales over the past 15 years, with 10 of those years spent in management. Sade' has developed a passion for problem solving and fostering strong business relationships. Started with Nelson & Company in May 2024 Hobbies: Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and being in nature, as well as engaging in crafting and creative pursuits. Additionally, she volunteers and contributes to serving her community in her free time.
I was a cooling tower technician for a year before joining Nelson & Company as a first year apprentice. Started with Nelson & Company in November 2023 Hobbies: Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife and dog. I also enjoy motocycle rides and anything to do with cars.
Bachelor of Science in Business Management – Stonehill College, MA U.S. Navy 6 years and 30 years HVAC experience in controls/equipment. Joined Nelson & Company in 2020 Hobbies: Working on creative projects like my massive Christmas Grinch display and characters for the grand-babies. Travel experiences from interesting and unique places. History buff. Golf and beaching it.

Joined Nelson & Company in March 2023 Hobbies: He enjoys hanging out with (annoying) his wife, gamin, working on computers and cars, woodworking, and watching movies.Graduated from Jacksonville University with an Electrical Engineering degree. Theo has experience working with a variety of engineers and has experience in the manufacturing environment with pneumatics, hydraulics, and sensors. He also has experience testing and repairing circuit boards.

He also enjoys solving problems.10 years of retail sales, logistics, and warehouse management. Three years as an HVAC service dispatcher, in addition to the many positions over the last 18 years that helped create a solid customer service foundation. Joined Nelson & Company in 2021. Hobbies: Learning about A/V technology for tech ministry at Riverside Park UMC, working out, hiking, camping, playing table-top games with her son and enjoying Disney any chance they get as a family.
I am a dedicated provider with over 25 years’ experience in the Building Automation and HVAC Industry. My work history has consisted of federal government ESCO, grade schools k-12, private- public universities, and private sector new construction and retrofit projects. Joined Nelson & Company in January 2024 Hobbies: I enjoy spending time with family, cheering the Jaguars, vacationing, going to the beach, and playing basketball.

Hobbies: Enjoys cars, woodworking and most of all, spending time with his grandchildren.Jena holds a degree in Criminal Justice and FDLE Law Enforcement. Her main role for many years was the care and upbringing of her children, and coordinating foreign exchange students. She comes to Nelson and Company with the HVAC experience gained at her time in other HVAC positions.

Hobbies: When not working, Jena enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with family, target shooting, SCUBA diving, hiking, reading, completing logic puzzles, attenting performances like Trans Siberian Orchestra and Jeff Dunham, snuggling with her cat, and cheering for the UGA Bulldogs... Go Dawgs!I am graduating from The University of South Carolina this Summer where I studied Engineering and Political Science. I previously worked in the USC Engineering and Computing Makerspace Lab and interned as a Technical Engineer at a manufacturing plant.

Currently enrolled at American Public University pursuing a bachelors degree in Business Management.

Hobbies: Enjoys working on cars and trucks, watching football, basketball, and baseball. He enjoys the outdoors while fishing and hiking. He enjoys spending time with his wife and six kiddos. He's an avid traveler and a foodie.I graduated with dual degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Aerospace Engineering, where I learned to defy gravity—both literally and metaphorically. At University of Central Florida, where I mastered the art of turning caffeine into jet fuel. I was at Pathfinder Digital as a Mechanical Engineer/Production Management Engineer where I worked on first of its kind top-secret SATCOM device for the military. Before that worked for ARS as a HVAC sales assistant to insure safe and proper installation of HVAC systems. Back in my college days, I managed budgets with the finesse of a Wall Street shark as the Student Government's Secretary and Treasurer. I even dabbled in aerospace materials research, because who wouldn't want to ponder the aerodynamics of composite materials while sipping coffee in a lab coat only to end up in the Scientific Journal.

Hobbies: I love to play sports. I'll play any sport for fun but soccer and cricket (yes the one with the flat bat) I play competitively. Recently, started to play Golf I love the sound and feel of a perfect shot. Lastly, I enjoy working on cars. You can often find me at my friend's mechanic shop, where I like to chat and joke around with friends and customers.King Charles Spaniel Joined Nelson & Company in 2008. This is Us...
Nelson & Company was born in 2006. We graduated from our playroom to our offices in Jacksonville and Orlando. We support what we sell from our first service tech to a service company. Our sales engineers and service technicians know their stuff. We are problem solvers; if you have a problem, we won’t leave you hearing crickets. And when you need parts, we do that too.
